An all female photography exhibit celebrating Women’s her-Story Month. Straight Shootin’ from the lens is a wonderfully orchestrated collaboration between Mia and Elena. Showcasing the diverse beauty and strengths of “Women at Work”by thirteen talented artists. Exhibiting over 40 images celebrating the contributions women make to the world one snap at a time. STRAIGHT SHOOTIN’ MAMAS “Women at Work” comes to you from Puerto Rico, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Peru, to Columbia, Morocco, Africa, Mexico, Italy, New York, and more. These magnificent images from across the globe capture reality, documenting her story while making history. Straight Shootin’ from the lens allows you to see what she sees. The eyes being the windows to the soul welcomes you into this wonderful story of courage, strength, diversity, dreams, and survival. One photo at at a time while freezing moments one image at a time. This unique photo exhibit will open on March 9,2013 at 7:00PM and will close on March 23, 2013 at El Fogon Center for the Arts, Bronx NY.
