As 2010 comes to a close I am thankful for all of your support and inspiration. There is not one event, concert, exhibit, poetry reading, performance, artisan fair, workshop or lecture that stands out more than the other. What I can say is that this year was filled with Inspiration, creativity, friendship, love and lots of light. I had the opportunity to meet women from across the globe, make new friends, meet new acquaintances, and travel for the love of art while advocating for women’s issues all over the world. This year I branched out into film, monologues and writing which all were inspired by my environment, Art and current events.
It is the smile on the faces of youth, the laughter of a dear friend, the unconditional love of a family member, and the encouragement of a comrade that makes the perfect recipe for a great journey. As my journey continues it is painted with bright colors of diversity and empowerment. There truly is no better teacher than LIFE and EXPERIENCE!
